By accessing or using Zebby's World ("the App"), operated by Making Miles Matter INC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Zebby's World is a symptom tracking and wellness companion application designed for individuals with chronic conditions including but not limited to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). The App provides symptom logging, pattern recognition, AI-powered chat, and community features.
3. Not Medical Advice
Zebby's World is NOT a medical device, does NOT provide medical advice, and is NOT a substitute for professional medical care. All insights, patterns, and suggestions provided by the App (including AI-generated content) are for informational purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent. Users under 18 should use the App with parental awareness.
5. Subscription Plans
Zebby's World offers free and paid subscription tiers ("Zebby+"). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (symptom logs, mood entries, notes, images). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. AI Features
Zebby's AI chat and insight features are powered by large language models. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical decisions. AI conversations may be used to improve the service in anonymized, aggregated form.
8. Affiliate Links & Store
The App may include affiliate links to third-party products and courses. We may earn a commission on purchases at no additional cost to you. Product recommendations are based on community feedback and are not medical endorsements.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, use the App for illegal purposes, or abuse the AI chat system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zebby's World and Making Miles Matter INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
